Decisions

Everyone's gotta make 'em. Sometimes they are clear as day. And sometimes, not so much. How do you make a final decision? It's really hard to do when it affects so many different things. Who do you choose to hurt? Who do you choose to satisfy? Do you do what makes YOU happy? Or what makes THEM happy? You have to think about all of these different things before you make a decision.
Lately, I've been in the process of making a big decision. I still haven't made up my mind... And I doubt I will anytime soon. And I know once I do, I will feel so much better. Right now it's just misery. Plus, it probably doesn't help me out any that I get so emotional over things. But I know just who those people are that I can use their shoulders to cry on.
Have you ever thought you were so sure of what you wanted...Until you got it?
I knew what I wanted. And I got it. And I was happy. Until I lost it. And then I wanted it back. And, now that I do.... I'm not sure I want it anymore. Confusing, eh?
"If you love something, set it free." That's a good saying. I mean, what if you love someone, but you're not sure they love you. If you don't make them happy... Why not find something else that makes you happy, and let them find what makes them happy. It seems like the fair way to go, if you ask me.
